When we returned and were waiting for the shuttle to pick us up 2 shuttle drove past us without stopping. I had to call the office and get the shuttle to stop.

I use QuickPark valet at LAX every time I travel out of LAX. The people are very friendly and the service is great.

I forgot a ticket in the office and the lady came running out with it. Very much appreciated! But - shuttles are not frequent enough.

This is my new go-to airport parking spot. Valet is only a few dollars more per day and it's so worth it. Service is fast, courteous. Buses come quite regularly, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an airport pickup. I love this place and use it often.

Was very impressed from drop off to pick up. Courteous and professional staff - Brandon was over the top in assuring me of shuttle times, where and how to engage upon return. Gave me all contact info. Delightfully surprised as I was not expecting. Very Top Notch from Brandon to shuttle drivers on both routes.

Very great experience. Workers really helpful and nice. Shuttle coming every few minutes and service was great. Definitely will park there again!
