Location, frequent shuttles and super staff... perfect!

When we returned and were waiting for the shuttle to pick us up 2 shuttle drove past us without stopping. I had to call the office and get the shuttle to stop.

First time parking here and I will definitely do it next time I fly out of LAX. Easy to get to, easy and quick to park. The pick-up was fast when I returned and my car was waiting for me at the valet station when the shuttle pulled into the garage. Staff was friendly, too.

Shuttle was there upon arrival and when we left. Never had to wait!

I used this facility for the first time and I was impressed. When I parked there, the shuttle bus arrived and we were immediately helped with our luggage and taken to the airport. On the return trip I called for the shuttle to pick us up and within 10 minutes the bus was there. Needless to say I will be using this facility to park on our next trip.

Love this place close to the airport, good rates. have used them numerous times, very reliable.

We were pleased with everything except the return ride in the van. There were no seats in the back of the van there were seats on the sides only. So multiple passengers were standing up in the back not ideal.

I use QuickPark valet at LAX every time I travel out of LAX. The people are very friendly and the service is great.

Love this lot! I try to use it every time I go to LAX.
