Had to wait 30 minutes for shuttle then driver said he was just sitting at the other stop waiting. It was 7pm dark Im 70 years old and the guy never asked if I needed help to my car I was all the way at the end of the lot. They installed a new gate to get out since the last time I was there and my qr code wouldnt work and the gate wouldnt open horrible way to end a long trip home. Ive been using Omni for years but I think I might be changing.

Always a pretty good experience

I followed the instructions received by email and waited 1.5 hours at gate A12 Orlando Airport. Called the contact number several times with no answer. Finally talked to a person, gave her my location, and she said that she would send a shuttle to pick me up. No shuttle arrived so I took a Lyft ride to get my car. Paid $19 out of frustration and will not recommend Omni parking to anyone.

Good price and location. The self park is now better because I don't have to wait for them to retrieve my car. But I have to walk some distance to get it.

Long wait times, not clear information, misinformation at the airport.

Shuttle took longer than expected on our arrival to pick up our car after flying 5 hours. Not real customer friendly to have to listen to a recording with no idea if the shuttle is actually coming.

Overall a good expirence did the self park option. Made one mistake forgot to take out my luggage before I parked my car. Walking back to the office for pickup 2:00 am with all my luggage was a little tiresome.

The attendants did not acknowledge my presence. Three of them stood at the podium admiring a dog. My vehicle was not pulled forward and waiting as promised. After 20 minutes of waiting I was told my battery was dead but none seemed concerned.

I think you have a very good option for travelers and it would be a shame for your nonchalant staff to ruin it or bring forward bad reviews.

Fantastic and easy to use!

Had to wait for a second shuttle. If shuttles were bigger or came more often, the experience would have been better.
