Renaissance Montura LAX Parking Reviews

Very convenient location. The parking structure was covered and felt welllit and secure. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We will definitely park at the Renaissance Montura again.

I left two car keys (one Toyota one bmw) in the valet desk, but I just got one key back. These two keys were in a same key chain and I don't know why they separated my key chain.

Location is great. Staff was friendly. But wait time for shuttle was TERRIBLE!!! It was not a problem from the hotel to LAX but on the way back. I waited for 45 mins but still no shuttle came. After all I took the Budget Rental's shuttle and walked to the hotel. I might not use it again.

Easy in and out. Covered parking very safe great service to and from parking lot to the airport. Will recommend to all the friends and neighbors.

One star because of wait time for the shuttle. I have used this facility at least 14 times since 2010. This is the first time I had to wait 51 minutes for shuttle pick up from the Bradley Terminal. Incident date: Sunday, 11 Dec. Was out in the red wait zone by 9:09 PM. I called hotel 2x (9:30 PM and 9:47 PM). Both times I was told that the shuttle would be arriving shortly. Pick up time finally at 10 PM. Renaissance driver explained that after 9 PM he does the sweep pick up for Four Seasons and Marriott.

While waiting (after 9:12 PM) - the Marriott shuttle made 3 rounds around Bradley - and EMPTY. The Four Season shuttle made 2 rounds - had some passengers.

Question (which I asked the Renaissance driver): Why doesn't Marriott and Four Season shuttle also do sweep pick up for Renaissance? Why ONLY Renaissance sweep pick up BUT not the other way around?

Renaissance driver was polite, helpful and apologetic. Still there has to be a better system rather than wait 51 minutes for pick up (esp since the website says: shuttle times every 15 minutes). Also: Marriott and Four Seasons should sweep pick up for Renaissance after 9 PM.

Very close the the airport. Excellent staff very help full has three added benefits over most lots: 1 there is a rental car agency at hotel so Double Shuttles you can use either every 1015 min.2 This is a nice Hotel there are numerous facilities large clean bathrooms back in the rental car area bar and cafe etc. in the lobby first floor area if you need to clean up or chill before or after your flight.3 It is covered self parking no valetlot attendant rush you choose your spot and this gives you plenty of time to prepare unload and load your luggage. Lot is easily accessed from the north south or east.

Everything was easy. Luckily there were many spaces available as the spaces are very tight even for my Ford Fusion that I had to park a little over on the next space.

Forgot which shuttle color to use. Paid for other shuttle. Your shuttle was ahead of us. Kevin the valet captain was very helpful on arrival and retrieval of my car. We plan to stay at the hotel next trip.

Friendly people, secure location, and super close to LAX. Shuttle was quick and I couldn't be happier with the service. It made getting to an early international flight stress-free, and gave peace of mind to leaving our car behind. Some of the parking spots are a bit small, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It was an okay indoor self-parking experience.

Easy to find a parking spot, nice ambiance in the hotel. Waited about 15 minutes for a shuttle to the airport (not bad!)

Had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle after I landed and was not able to locate a number to call for a shuttle. I was not sure where to pay and learned the hard way after waiting in a random line inside. Pay at the valet stand!

Easy exit and access to Century Blvd to get the the freeway.
