"After trying a few other parking facilities, I think this one is the best near LAX. I like the covered parking. I can keep my keys. The facility is well lit, safe, and the parking spot sizes are reasonable (not all sub-compact sized). I never feel crammed in, or have to circle too long for a spot. I occasionally see the security vehicles patrolling. There are cameras. Elevators are medium to large sized - 2 sets of 2 on opposite sides of each floor. Shuttles are frequent and the staff is nice - they will help load and unload your heavy travel bags. I always give the driver a small tip for his/her help. Check out is a breeze."

"This is the best LAX parking experience I\'ve ever had! I\'ve tried a lot of the different off-site LAX parking lots, and I\'ve always had issues either with finding a spot in the lot or having to wait extremely long for the shuttle. Most of the lots also have tiny spaces which make getting in and out difficult and if someone has a larger car it makes parking next to them almost impossible. \r\n\r\nThis lot had plenty of parking, there were many open spaces when I pulled in and I did not have to drive endlessly through the lot trying to find a spot. The spaces were also large enough to give room to exit the car easily. The part that impressed me the most is that there were multiple shuttles waiting at the lot ready to take people to the airport, we did not have to wait at all. On our return, we waited maybe 5 minutes to catch our shuttle back even though it was 11:30 at night when usually less shuttles are running. I also noticed several other shuttles from our same parking lot running as well, showing that they consistently run multiple shuttles so that the wait time is minimal.\r\n\r\nMy only complaint is that there is no automated machine at the exit for people who pre-paid on the website, so you have to go in person to the counter and show them your receipt so that they can validate your ticket for you. It\'s not the worst thing, but most lots these days have automated systems. \r\n\r\nThe location is great, the lot is easy to find and it\'s super close to the airport. The price was also comparable with other lots, but they run way more shuttles than other lots. When you\'re back from a trip at LAX the last thing you want to do is stand at that loop hoping that a shuttle from your lot will show up. I will never park at another LAX lot again."

"Our experience getting to the terminal was excellent. However, when we arrived at the airport back from our trip, we had a terrible experience locating the red sign for our shuttle pick-up, after walking to a completely different terminal, we were passed up by multiple shuttles because they didn\'t stop at the red sign when we moved to the area where the shuttle was actually stopping at to pick up people, a shuttle van arrived in the area where we were waiting and the driver wouldn\'t open the door and proceeded to drive away towards the area where we were originally standing. We( myself, mother-in-law and small child) had to run back with our luggage to catch him before he left. Then tried to tell us he didn\'t have enough room, but there were only a few people in the van! Needless to say, this was a terrible experience."

"Easy to find! Loved the extra large location signs! Parked on 4th level. Only waited 5 mins for a ride. Very fast and my drivers both ways were helpful with my medium sized suitcase. \r\n\r\nI tipped both ways. Waited about 10 mins for pick up. I was very grateful the 1st driver gave me a Quikpark business card with phone number on it to call to let them know I was waiting at designated area. \r\n\r\nWill definitely park there again."
