Everything was handled super promptly, from the ride to the airport to the pickup on my return. The driver was helpful and very courteous in both directions.

We have been parking here at the Hilton LAX Parking (valet covered parking) for many years now, and I can say that we are so pleased with the care they have provided for our vehicle.

Waiting for the shuttle at LAX can take a while; that is the only drawback to this parking location.

Valets are always courteous and helpful.

Shuttles run every 20 minutes from the hotel to drop off and pick up passengers. When the airport is busy, the wait for pickup can feel overly long.

The facility is always clean, wait time for shuttle was about 7 min. The drivers going and returning from LAX was very helpful and courteous. I have usings Hilton parking for about 20 years and will continue to use them.

Great place to park. We pulled in at 5 am, scanned our QR code, and went down to the 4th LEVEL. The maximum is 5\'10\". Our truck just barely cleared the plumbing. I would definitely take a vehicle with more roof clearance. We didn\'t have a choice this time as we had some long luggage. The shuttle was waiting for us and got us to the Southwest terminal in minutes. The driver was accommodating with all our luggage.\r\nComing back from our vacation was as simple. Although, one has to remember to catch the shuttle on the departures level, that\'s a little tougher, dragging our luggage through the elevators. Overall, we would park here again. It was a great value for the money.

Wonderfully easy to park and leave. Return experience was flawless as well. Parked at Hilton LAX Parking before and will do it again.
