Hilton LAX Parking Reviews

We waited about 45 minutes for a shuttle that had standing room only. I had valet parked, and I texted my claim ticket number at 21:31, didn't have my car until 22:45. Unacceptable.

The wait time at the airport pick-up point seems to get longer and longer.

One of the worst experiences ever. Shuttle was over an hour late arriving at terminal. They finally sent a separate bus just to pick up the 14 people who were waiting at our terminal. Will look elsewhere in the future for parking.

The shuttle didn't show up for an hour and I had to take a cab to the hotel.

We had to wait way over an hour with multiple phone calls to hotel giving us the run around about how they would be there to pick us up 57 min or how the shuttles were getting full at other terminals and that's the reason for the delay When in fact not once did we see a Hilton shuttle come by. We ended up having to pay for a taxi. Never again will I use Hilton for parking I don't care how nice or clean their garage is. You would expect more from the name Hilon. So disappointing.

I have parked here maybe 5 or 6 times now always a good experience.

Overall experience was fantastic.

Only one complication is the congestion of the checkout. Waited 30 mins. Good thing I was not in a hurry. The lobby is very crowded with people coming in, valet, shuttle, car failure, and people with lot of questions.

All this causing traffic congestion on Century Blvd... not good. Hope that this improves, otherwise, angry customers and drivers.

I traveled 08/20/17 to 08/25/17. Plenty of parking sports were available. Shuttle waiting time was less than 5 minutes both way. Drivers were very nice and helpful.

Will likely use this lot again. Do caution potential users about the narrow and steep lanes to get from ground level to below ground parking levels P4 - P6. Hope they have a small car.
