The valet service was on point and we called once on the shuttle to let them know we're on the way and our car was up front when we got there. Will use them again.

Not the cheapest but reliable secure underground parking. So far it's been always easy to find a spot. Shuttle wait is hit or miss like with almost all places around LAX

Hotel is under construction. Not easy to maneuver. Very low ceiling, not suitable for SUVs. Very, very long wait time for shuttle.

Outstanding five star experience all around! This is the only way to go when flying out of LAX! Great prices, great service and ultra convenient!

My husband and i were traveling with 2 kids and my mom. i was afraid it was going to be stressful you made the transfer seem seamless and hasslefree.

This place is outstanding. The shuttle is clean and driver is always helpful and friendly. Easy to get in and get out. Rarely a wait time when returning from my trip. I have used them every time I fly out of LAX.

The parking lot was really full and overfull with cars parked on both sides of the exit lanes when we returned from our trip. It made it very tricky to navigate getting our car to the exit without hitting anything. Other than that it was a great place to park.

Distance was a little farther from 105 freeway from what I’m used to. We had to wait maybe 30 minutes at airport for shuttle.

The wait time for the shuttle from the airport to the parking facility was a little long.
