Hilton LAX Parking Reviews

Parking at the Hilton is my go to. Though the drivers were courteous and professional, I saw a lot of other parking facility buses go by multiple times before the Hilton bus arrived. I'd like to se the pick up times from LAX improved.

I love the location, but my disappointment was with the driver and bus route to the airport. Our bus driver to the airport was very rude and on our way to the terminals the driver took us on the arrival route? We had to stop at every terminal to pick up new arrivals before we could get dropped off at our terminal. To me it doesn't make sense to get dropped off at the arrival port when we are departing.

Only issue is pickup from airport and seems to be constant not frequent enough and usually have to walk to terminals 13 to guarantee pickup as 47 is usually last or ran out of space...

The Hilton shuttle has the slowest pickup. I stood and waited approx 25 minutes watching Marriott, Westin, Sheraton come by twice before Hilton arrived. There were so many waiting at the hotel for shuttle to airport. I will park at the Marriott in the future.

The wait in the AM was longer than we had hoped but not a complaint just could have been faster all in all a great experience!

I love parking at the Hilton so convenient easy and reasonable.

Shuttle driver was fantastic, but should have mentioned at drop off that the pick up location for the shuttle had changed.
