Hilton LAX Parking Reviews

Last time I used Hilton it was outstanding. What brought me back was the fact that my car was waiting for me when I got back to the hotel. I think due to construction they are not using "text when you return and your car will be waiting" option. Everything was still quick and easy and I will return on my next trip.

I had a better-than-usual experience on this trip. I’ve used the LAX Hilton parking for all my flights from LAX.

The location is good, close to the airport and shuttle has quick service. It took some time to find a parking spot, but overall I had a good experience.

Spaces were tight and hard to get you loaded and unloaded.

Great parking facility. Valet parking could not have been easier. Wonderful job.

Safe, secure underground parking garage.

Parking at the Hilton is my go to. Though the drivers were courteous and professional, I saw a lot of other parking facility buses go by multiple times before the Hilton bus arrived. I'd like to se the pick up times from LAX improved.

I love the location, but my disappointment was with the driver and bus route to the airport. Our bus driver to the airport was very rude and on our way to the terminals the driver took us on the arrival route? We had to stop at every terminal to pick up new arrivals before we could get dropped off at our terminal. To me it doesn't make sense to get dropped off at the arrival port when we are departing.

Only issue is pickup from airport and seems to be constant, not frequent enough and usually have to walk to terminals 1-3 to guarantee pickup as 4-7 is usually last or ran out of space...

The Hilton shuttle has the slowest pickup. I stood and waited approx 25 minutes watching Marriott, Westin, Sheraton come by twice before Hilton arrived. There were so many waiting at the hotel for shuttle to airport. I will park at the Marriott in the future.
