Hilton LAX Parking Reviews

Only issue is pickup from airport and seems to be constant, not frequent enough and usually have to walk to terminals 1-3 to guarantee pickup as 4-7 is usually last or ran out of space...

The Hilton shuttle has the slowest pickup. I stood and waited approx 25 minutes watching Marriott, Westin, Sheraton come by twice before Hilton arrived. There were so many waiting at the hotel for shuttle to airport. I will park at the Marriott in the future.

They changed shuttle waiting spot for two times during my wait. Another customer just gave up shuttle and took a taxi instead. The hotel stuff had no idea what they were doing. In the end, I waited for 36 mins and finally got on a shuttle. Everything else was good.

The wait time at the airport pick-up point seems to get longer and longer.

We waited about 45 minutes for a shuttle that had standing room only. I had valet parked, and I texted my claim ticket number at 21:31, didn't have my car until 22:45. Unacceptable.

The shuttle didn't show up for an hour and I had to take a cab to the hotel.

We had to wait way over an hour with multiple phone calls to hotel giving us the run around about how they would be there to pick us up 5-7 min or how the shuttles were getting full at other terminals and that\'s the reason for the delay… When in fact not once did we see a Hilton shuttle come by. We ended up having to pay for a taxi. Never again will I use Hilton for parking… I don\'t care how nice or clean their garage is. You would expect more from the name Hilon. So disappointing.

Avoid parking your car at the Hilton LAX at all costs. We had to wait for the shuttle at LAX for well more than half an hour while other companies came around three times to pick up their customers. Shuttle driver came and he was overwhelmed with his job. He treated us like school children because we complained why they were late. Mismanaged fleet of shuttles. Three of them came at once and 2 of them went back empty. DO NOT USE HILTON LAX PARKING even if it was offered for free. I will never use them again.
