Fast and efficient, pleasure to use! Will recommend to my firends

I have parked here maybe 5 or 6 times now always a good experience.

Someone needs to patrol the cars because when we arrived home late at night the person in front of us hit us and stayed parked with their car hitting us just unreal! :

Overall experience was fantastic.

Only one complication is the congestion of the checkout. Waited 30 mins. Good thing I was not in a hurry. The lobby is very crowded with people coming in, valet, shuttle, car failure, and people with lot of questions.

All this causing traffic congestion on Century Blvd... not good. Hope that this improves, otherwise, angry customers and drivers.

I traveled 08/20/17 to 08/25/17. Plenty of parking sports were available. Shuttle waiting time was less than 5 minutes both way. Drivers were very nice and helpful.

Will likely use this lot again. Do caution potential users about the narrow and steep lanes to get from ground level to below ground parking levels P4 - P6. Hope they have a small car.

Great place, kinda tight parking spaces the day I left, it was very full, but was very empty when I arrived back. I was gone for a week. Price was good, shuttle was no hassle at all, would park again.

Great place to park safely at LAX.

Staff at Hilton 5 star. Dropped off car at valet and got on shuttle to LAX. On return, the car was waiting and ready when the shuttle dropped us back at Hilton. The staff helped.

Such fast pickup at airport. Liked the new exit scheme without scanning reservation paper. Good experience.
