Hilton LAX Parking Reviews

Slow in getting picked up on the morning of my flight. I allowed enough time got to the airport with some time left but too close for comfort. Overall no issue. I would use this again.

Coming back to LAX, we had to wait a long time for our shuttle to the hotel. Otherwise, the whole experience was seamless.

Long long waits and overcharged multiple times.

Horrible shuttle wait times - both ways.

Weston had at least two shuttle go by while I waited. If you are at UAL you will see "Express" or "Full" go by and you wait even longer.

Now, for a bigger insult - the automatic system charged me more than my reservation.

Too poor a service to be treated like this so often as I "used" to be frequent user of the indoor garage.

We used the valet parking service. Location to airport is close, staff is very friendly and shuttles are running frequently.

Excellent convenience location for LAX. Courtesy & friendly staff. We waited less than 10 min for both departure & return trip. Will part here again next time :):)

Very good experience not my first time parking at Hilton that is why I continue parking here.

Easy access to the airport and timing with the shuttle couldn't have been better going and coming.

Everything was great! Appreciated the female driver giving me exact directions on where to go on my return to LAX to get the shuttle back to the parking structure. Would use Hilton facility again!

Shuttles run every 20 minutes from the hotel to drop off and pick up passengers. When the airport is busy, the wait for pickup can feel overly long.
