Such fast pickup at airport. Liked the new exit scheme without scanning reservation paper. Good experience.

Avoid parking your car at the Hilton LAX at all costs. We had to wait for the shuttle at LAX for well more than half an hour while other companies came around three times to pick up their customers. Shuttle driver came and he was overwhelmed with his job. He treated us like school children because we complained why they were late. Mismanaged fleet of shuttles. Three of them came at once and 2 of them went back empty. DO NOT USE HILTON LAX PARKING even if it was offered for free. I will never use them again.

Easy shuttle service to LAX!

If you are flying out in the busy morning hours, make sure you come early since they are very busy. I was very nervous that I would miss my flight but it worked out. The attendant working at the pick up area was very nice and helpful! I returned late at night and the shuttle arrived right away. It might have helped that I called to check status when I arrived at LAX. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

Print out your parking confirmation email and use it to scan in and out of the parking garage. You will be paying the remaining balance using your credit card. No cash accepted.

Have used your parking for years, makes getting into the airport easy. Only saw one attendant on the way out, waved, but no real interaction.

We have been parking here at the Hilton LAX Parking (valet covered parking) for many years now, and I can say that we are so pleased with the care they have provided for our vehicle.

Waiting for the shuttle at LAX can take a while; that is the only drawback to this parking location.

The Hilton self-parking and valet options are hard to beat when it comes to price, location, and convenience.

Prefect experience. Our car was waiting for us in valet as soon as we got off the shuttle. Will definitely use Hilton parking again!
