Renaissance LAX Parking Reviews

I would park my car here again, this lot is very safe. I like the fact that when I walked out of the elevator I was in the hotel lobby, the staff was very courteous, the location is very close to the airport.

The Renaissance is the best! Not only are the drivers playing the best music, the valets are perfect gentlemen - they all seem to like what they do! I feel safe there at all hours of the day and night and couldnt be happier! This is my go-to place to parking for LAX.

The only negative was the wait time for a pickup at the airport. I saw many other shuttles from other hotels a number of times before this shuttle came by. It would also be good if I could text my ticket number so that my car would be ready when I returned to the hotel.

Everything went smoothly very happy with it will use Renaissance again!

I normally park at the Hilton on Century Blvd but because I booked at short notice the Hilton wasn't available. I had stopped using Renaissance when they cancelled a Christmas day booking on Christmas Eve but they were the best available. It is self parking indoors and was easy to find and get a parking spot. Coming back I waited over 30 minutes as other hotel shuttles passed by more than once. Eventually two Renaissance shuttles came at the same time!! At the hotel I realized that although the parking was technically indoors it was open to the outside on every floor. Because of this every care near us was covered in dust and dirt. I probably won't use Renaissance again unless I have no choice.

Friendly staff, great location, prompt drop off/pick up time and covered parking at a reasonable price!

I usually choose the cheapest closest parking available but needs to be provided by the hotels nearby because I want the safety for my car. I chose Hilton Marriott and Renaissance for this time. I'm really happy with this new place!

This was the best parking experience I had parking at LAX.

Waited 35 minutes for shuttle from airport. After texting for car car was not there. Claimed that system was not working. Same excuse the last 3 times. Then waited another 15 minutes for car. Total time from airport to car was 1 hour and 5 minutes.
