Renaissance LAX Parking Reviews

Shuttle wait time was longer than I expected.

Renaissance LAX Parking is a great location very close by to airport access. I have previously parked at other nearby hotel parking structures but this is by far closest and quickest shuttle ride to and from airline curbside. I am definitely looking forward to parking here long term again. Just remember to pick up shuttle on second level after retrieving baggage from carousel. We had flown international which is a very long walk to finally clear customs and collect luggage.

Valet was nice and quick. Quick pick up at the airport as well.

Excellent service and it is VALET also. Can\'t beat that. Got back from the airport on the shuttle and driver helped me with my bags. While they retrieved my car I went to the bathroom and the car just pulled up. Rates are high for long term parking, but perfect for a two day trip.

Whether we stay at Rennaissance LAX or just park our car to travel, the experience has always been wonderful. Helpful personnel, on time transfers.

It's a fact you have to wait for the shuttle but it worked out and everyone including the driver valet and hotel staff exceeded expectations. Outstanding! We will be back! We were a little put off that cocktails weren't served though... Hehe

Super easy to park and shuttle over to LAX. Same on the pick up. Definitely using this location again.

As a south OC person I dread going to LAX but this experience was as easy as it comes. This is a shared shuttle for Marriott and Renaissance as they are basically next door. Didnt have to wait more than a minute or two for a shuttle either direction you can see a difference from some hotels that the shuttle is not just an afterthought its very professionally run with drivers who have urgency radio each stop are helpful etc. Highly recommend!
