Renaissance LAX Parking Reviews

This is the first time we decided to do longterm parking for a trip. 4 big suitcases and 4 adults would have been costly to hire a shuttle or an Uber for going and returning. This made it easy. The van picked us up quickly after our flight and the driver was so nice and helpful. Im sorry I didnt catch his name but we used the service sometime between 78PM on April 6. His announcements were clear about the Marriott or Renaissance. Our car was there and off we went. I will definitely do this again.

It was a trying time because we were traveling during the beginning of the shutdown unsure if we able to get back but when we did the service was nice quick and from start to finish booking on line to valet drop off to shuttle to airport and back not a single worry car in same condition as when we dropped off will definitely use again for all my longterm lax flights

Very nice facilities. Easy to find and navigate with directions given. Shuttle experience was very good.

This was the first time I parked at the Renaissance hotel parking facility the wait time was short. The driver was exceptionally helpful and kind both going to the airport and coming back to pick up our car. We parked at other parking facilities where we were blocked in. This was not the case here we had plenty of room. Nobody was parked behind us. We will definitely use this place again.

I have used Renaissance many of times. Very easy to park and easy to get in an out. But every time I have used this service we have had to wait at least a half hour for the shuttle.

I was impressed. I came out from baggage and the shuttle was there. I paid at the valet and left. Seamless. A nice hotel, close to the airport with safe indoor parking. I will return!

The location and price were great. The only problem was in exiting the lot. The valet attendant told me to hit the assistance button and he would let me out. I pressed the button and nothing happened for several minutes. The attendant finally came running over to open the gate. It seemed like something went wrong, but what?

I was very pleased and very happy with my overall experience. I will definitely use this service every time I travel from LAX when having my vehicle.

Convenient, low price, on time shuttles and professional staff comes to mind each time I park at the Renaissance Montura LAX. Always at the top of my list.
