Fair price, cordial employees. Shuttle took too long on pick up, but that was my only complaint. Will come again!

It went so well. Loved walking through the Hotel and felt I wish I could stay there a night. On the way to the airport the shuttle saw me coming and called me over. Help with the luggage both ways is really appreciated. Two staff members helped me with getting out of the parking structure. Over all a great experience.

Can only say positives with this location. Have used them for years after the Westin manager of valet became a complete jerk. Dropped my passport one night while leaving from parking garage and employee found it and sent me an email it would be with security next visit. They also allow you to use the Sixt shuttle so the wait for the LAX/Hotel wait isn't so long. Great place, reasonable rates.

I park here often and I love this location and friendly staff. My drop off shuttle experience was the only frustrating part. The driver was on a personal call the whole time and while the passengers told him which terminals they needed, he kept driving past because he wasn't paying attention. We all had to ask him to stop a couple times. Pick up shuttle was great, with an excellent driver.

Waited too long for the shuttle pick up, over 40mins. Called the Renaissance hotel to check the status three times and kept getting misinformation from the rep.

Ride was fine. Exiting garage was a disaster. I wasn't provided any info as far as the exiting procedures. Finally got a green card. The white card didn't read. I had to reverse my car from the gate that wouldn't open and go to the lobby counter where the employee did provide me a hotel garage card.

All great, but wait was too long with stop along the way. From landing to my car 45 min. Way too long. Took me less time to get home from Renaissance.
