Renaissance LAX Parking Reviews

Waited too long for the shuttle pick up, over 40mins. Called the Renaissance hotel to check the status three times and kept getting misinformation from the rep.

Ride was fine. Exiting garage was a disaster. I wasn't provided any info as far as the exiting procedures. Finally got a green card. The white card didn't read. I had to reverse my car from the gate that wouldn't open and go to the lobby counter where the employee did provide me a hotel garage card.

We always go to Renaissance LAX Parking nowhere else because it is the best place and people are so nice and helpful and it always works out really well.

All great, but wait was too long with stop along the way. From landing to my car 45 min. Way too long. Took me less time to get home from Renaissance.
